At Web Design Service, we strive to deliver high-quality website design, development, and customization services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.


1. Service Nature

All our services are digital and custom-made for each client. As such, refunds are limited due to the personalized nature of our work.


2. Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel a project before work has started for a full refund.
  • If work has already begun, cancellation may be approved at our discretion, and only a partial refund may be issued to cover uncompleted portions of the service.
  • Once a project is 70% or more completed, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment was made in error.
  • Services could not be delivered due to reasons on our end (e.g., failure to start or complete the project as agreed).
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Change of mind after services have started.
    • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of content, approvals, or feedback).
    • Completed and delivered services.

4. Turnaround Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original method of payment.


5. Project Revisions Instead of Refunds

In cases of dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to request revisions or adjustments to ensure the final project meets expectations, instead of opting for cancellation.
